Our Two-Tier Transformation Approach

We have the idea that any problem can be solved in two simple steps, which are
  • Understanding the problem
  • Looking for alternatives
However, the implementation of these steps isn’t all that simple. After years of patience, practice and more practice we have identified the main issues which conflict with the present day working structure of educational institutions. These issues can be divided with respect to the major stakeholders in the institution viz. the students, their parents, faculties and the management. Now the range of problems is wide, but the issue that is common among all of them is – the missing link.

Students, faculties, parents and the management must be inter-linked with each other. There must be a clear way to communicate issues across these stakeholders. For e.g. the management has to struggle to maintain adequate transparency in the system, while students are found trying to mug up subject matter in order to get good grades. The faculties in turn have a large amount of work besides teaching and parents are always worried about whether their child is performing well. All these issues need to be addressed with patience and balanced use of technology and management.

EduOS does everything automatically – online. It takes care of everything and much more. It simplifies how you work with your students, faculties, staff and your organization as a whole. Everyone at your organization can simply log in and access information related to their requirements.
